We use Cerakote high-temp ceramic refinish products which offer several colors and boast excellent performance characteristics up to 2000 degrees F!

These products were developed for exhaust systems and external engine components that require high temperature protection as well as a beautiful finish. For internal, extra high performance/racing product applications, Contact Us for your best options.

For powder coating projects we use Prismatic Powders...their products exceed the quality of most any other powder manufacturer and there are thousands of colors and textures available!

Firearm Custom Refinishing

Shop rate for prep and refinish is $90 per hour with a two hour minimum plus the product cost, Shop Supplies and Oven-Time.

(Current products are $50.75 per color plus tax and shipping on special order colors).

(On average it takes 3-5 hours for long guns and the minimum of 2 for pistols).

*Teardown/reassembly currently unavailable.

All firearms MUST be COMPLETELY disassembled by others or additional fees will apply.

What is Cerakote?

Cerakote is a ceramic based finish that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood. Its unique formulation enhances abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistance, impact strength and hardness. Each of these properties is tested to guarantee that Cerakote remains at the forefront of the ceramic coatings market.

Powder & High Temperature Coating Price Notes:

*Base shop time service rate is $95/hr plus special order materials, shop supplies and oven time

(if applicable)...

*A two hour minimum will be assessed for each coating project plus the price-per-part shown below on the price list which includes basic degrease, media etch, clean, racking and product application...

(Single-coat application only).

*Oven time is currently $15 per out-gas, flash or bake cycle.

High temperature applications DO NOT require heat cure but may require out-gassing.

*Discounted rates are available for full refinish projects...Contact Us for more information...

*Prices DO NOT include chemical stripping, vendor services such as burn-off and heavy media blasting, chemical treatment, masking, plugging, multi-coat applications, special order products, shop supplies or oven time.

*All parts must be completely disassembled to include, but not limited to:

bearings, seals, gaskets, hardware, etc. or additional fees will apply.

Excessively dirty, greasy or rusty parts are subject to additional fees.

*If you do not see your part(s) listed, same price would apply for closest comparable size and shape object with the exception of parts that require high temperature masking or other project specific, detailed prep work which will increase the shop time.

*Clear powder top coat and candy colors available. Add 50% to prices listed for all 2-coat applications.
